I enjoyed its amazingly nice and always pleasant employees.
The location was lovely, for example, a restored synagogue was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Further, it was very close to trams, buses and emergency vehicles running most of the time and many essential shops and food options nearby. Booked a room with proper blinds. A safe, a mini bar, and central heating were appreciated.

missingWrote a review on 01 Augairy roomcultural accessnoise disturbance
The Economy Double Room featured a well-ventilated layout. Access to local cultural sites was a major plus, allowing easy exploration without much hassle.
Noise from trams was quite bothersome, especially at night, even with the windows closed. The lack of regular housekeeping became a pain. We noticed the bin needed emptying halfway through our 3-night stay, and towels had to be requested at the reception. The air conditioning unit made distracting noises but was too essential to turn off was good.

The room was really spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of plugs available. The rain shower was powerful, and I loved that no water escaped from the unit. Everything was spotlessly clean, a big plus. The view of the tram stop outside was nice too.

The daily cleaning service upon request was a nice touch, our room stayed tidy without being intrusive.
